Request deletion of your MetraForge account
MetraForge is business software operated by Telos Labs Private Limited. This page explains how to have your account and personal data deleted.
From inside the app
Open MetraForge and go to Settings → Request account deletion. We will confirm your request by email and complete it within 30 days.
By email
If you can no longer sign in — for example because you have already uninstalled the app — email teloslabspvtltd@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, asking for your account to be deleted. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data: your name, email address, password, and your session and sign-in records.
What does not get deleted
The business records your organisation created — quotations, orders, invoices, stock movements, work orders and similar — belong to your organisation, not to you personally. They remain in your organisation’s account after your personal account is deleted. Some records will still show that an action was taken by a user who has since been removed, because the audit trail has to stay intact.
If you want your entire organisation’s data deleted, that request has to come from your organisation’s administrator or owner. When an organisation’s account ends, we keep its data for 90 days so it can be exported or reinstated, and then permanently delete it.
